Samantha M. Jones is a Texas native who moved to Oklahoma in 2011 and never left. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Journalism. After graduation, she worked as a morning news producer and later in marketing and public relations. She earned a Master of Science in Mass Communication from Oklahoma State University in 2018 where she focused her research on the intersection of the First and Sixth Amendments in relation to victim portrayals in mass media.

In 2022, Samantha graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While there, she was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and received the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Excellence in Estate Planning and Federal Taxation award. Samantha also participated in the Jodi G. Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic, which provides estate planning services to tribal members in Oklahoma.

Her practice areas include family law, general civil litigation, criminal defense, estate planning, federal taxation, and appeals.
