Mackenzie M. Betchan was born in Supply, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Accounting and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Education in 2016. Ms. Betchan earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2020.
