Emily P. Pittman received her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 2002 in Business, Majoring in Accounting. In 2005, Ms. Pittman received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She served as a Note Editor and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.
Ms. Pittman has been practicing law since 2005, for the past 10 years her practice has been primarily focused on Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters. In addition, she practices in the area of civil litigation and prepares mineral title opinions.
Prior to joining Gungoll, Jackson, Box & Devoll, P.C., Ms. Pittman worked as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 500 E&P Company specializing in Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters. She continued her practice at her own firm prior to joining Gungoll Jackson.
Pittman is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma state courts and the Western District of Oklahoma. She is also a member of the Mineral Lawyer’s Society.
